• One-way communication with feedback or without feedback
• Two-way communication

COMMUNICATION NETWORK

ACTIVITY 1 (TOPIC 3) - Type of Communication Network

• Chain Network : Communication flows according to the formal chain of command, both upward and downward.

• Y Network : It is more complicated as there are different sub-groups within a group. In the center, there is a leader who manages there sub-group.

• Circle Network : Members communicate with others close to them in terms of expertise experience, and location.

• Wheel Network : There is a leader at the center of all communication. All others are members that stand at the same level in structure.

• Open Network

We choose open network because we are in the small group and everyone is the leader.

Action Theories
-Theories about what steps need to be taken to achieve a desired consequence in a given situotion

Experiential Learning
-Generating an action theory from one's own experience and then continually modifying it to improve one's effectiveness
